At Little Dreamers’ Den, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging

You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

We aim to respond to all return requests within 24 hours.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior approval unfortunately cannot be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we’re unable to guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photographs of the item and packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened or worn

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.


UK & European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without explanation.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
