Order Processing

All orders are processed and sent to our fulfilment partners within 48 hours of purchase.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. However, we always aim to process and send orders as quickly as possible.


Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7–14 working days from the date your order is placed.

To offer a carefully curated range of cosy and comforting products, we work with trusted fulfilment partners located around the world. As a result, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product and destination.

By shipping directly from our fulfilment partners, we are able to provide thoughtfully selected items at better value while maintaining a reliable delivery experience for our customers.


Shipping Delays

While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
